ESSENTIAL WORKER × AI

Trusted social infrastructure for the people who keep society running.

AI-driven Enabler for Essential Workers

Essential workers are the living infrastructure of society. We rebuild the people and operations behind that work into trusted, AI-powered systems.

THE PROBLEM

Emerging markets don't lack workers.
They lack trusted operations.

Across Southeast Asia and other emerging markets, there is no shortage of workers. What is missing is the operational layer that makes their labor reliable. Drivers, housekeepers, cleaners, laborers, security guards — the industry relies on brokers and staffing intermediaries, leaving employers with no direct visibility into the field. Broken intermediary structures have long eroded trust.

WHY WE OPERATE

Why we became
the operators.

We started by offering AI solutions to enterprises. But the deeper we went into the field, the clearer it became: the problem wasn't solvable with tools alone. So we became the operators ourselves. From attendance and assets to safety, dispatch, incidents, and financial disputes — we take ownership of the entire operations layer with AI, creating an environment where misconduct simply cannot occur. This is what trusted social infrastructure actually looks like.

THE OPERATING CORE

The operating core.

We have built a proprietary AI-driven system purpose-built for essential worker operations in emerging markets. It optimizes operations end-to-end and delivers trusted, reliable results.

— We continuously sharpen the system itself, grounded in operational data accumulated from the field.

PLATFORM

Technology, workforce, and integration — under one roof.

Technology alone won't run operations. Neither will deploying people without the right systems. Flare vertically integrates three capabilities: the core technology platform, the workforce on the ground, and the implementation depth to embed into customer operations. That is how we take full ownership of operations.

01
TECHNOLOGY Flare

The operating core

A proprietary, AI-driven system built specifically for essential worker operations in emerging markets. A unified technology platform that takes full control of field management.

02
WORKFORCE Drive-Z

Essential worker supply

Our subsidiary Drive-Z recruits, trains, and deploys the workers who stand in the field. Technology and workforce sit in the same hands.

03
INTEGRATION FDE

Implementation into customer operations

We identify gaps in a customer's operations and systems, then accompany them through operational redesign, system development, and full integration. We embed trusted operations directly into their field.

Vertical integration under one roof

When these three capabilities work together, trusted operations take root in the customer's own field.
